Pristine Bay Resort - Crawfish Rock

Great value for money with two beautiful pools, both sunny and shady areas on the beach, and very good food at reasonable prices. The changing area was clean with showers in good condition. The service was good and the waiters attentive. The location had an attractive and peaceful ambiance.

There was a serious lack of attention to details for a luxury hotel. For instance, there was no warning given to use bug spray; leaving guests bitten. The maintenance of some rooms and public areas were inadequate; the safe was broken, blinds were broken, and the dishwasher leaked. There were some stained sheets, a bad smell in some areas, and some messed up trash cans.

This hotel offers breathtaking ocean and golf course views from the luxurious three-bedroom villa, complete with a fully stocked kitchen and heavenly beds. the infinity pool, outdoor fireplace, and dining area provide exclusive amenities perfect for star-gazing and relaxation. the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent for a great value.

The only minor issue is that housekeeping needs improvement, as they did not knock before entering the villa and did not complete requested services. Otherwise, this hotel provides a great location for an isolated family vacation with older adults and children.

The surroundings of the hotel are pretty, with idyllic golf courses and beaches. other than that, the hotel is poorly maintained and far from any town or city. the rooms are unkempt and dated, with worn out electronics, and malfunctioning appliances and bathrooms. Service is sparse and unwelcoming, staff appear unenthusiastic and uninterested, particularly with breakfast quality and presentation. a poor choice for those seeking a pleasant stay.

Unwelcoming and poorly maintained hotel.

I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city and having the opportunity to relax in a super calm place. The views were lovely, and the hotel facilities were excellent and well-maintained. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the beach was convenient, and requesting rides to-and-from the Beach Club was a great option.

Nothing could have been better.
